Lessons can be cancelled without charge before the lesson is due to begin. Cancellations after this will be charged the full price of the lesson. I do not offer refunds for private lessons.

I do not offer refunds for speech analysis.

I do not offer refunds for my mini courses. However, you can try two of my mini courses for free before you buy them by clicking here.

 

Pronunciation course

I offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase. If the student has received a speech analysis, the cost of the speech analysis will be deducted from the refund.
